Paget Primary School were inspected 10th and 11th October 2023. This was prior to us becoming part of Arthur Terry Learning Partnership in June 2024.

As we have converted to an academy, our school reopens as a new school. We will not be inspected for three years from the date of the school opening.

At Paget Primary School, we are very proud of the last inspection that took place.

We moved from requires improvement to good in all areas.

The main successes from the inspection were:

  • Our safeguarding arrangements are effective
  • Core subjects, in particular, are taught well
  • The school wants all its pupils to succeed
  • Reading is a priority of the school
  • The school has a strong vision for and understanding of its curriculum
  • All areas of learning within Early Years are planned well
  • Pupils can take on roles and responsibilities within school
  • Staff are happy and proud to work at the school
